Stephen Paul is an associate at Thomas A. Will and Associates who focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, and criminal defense. He attended Duquesne University, graduating with a Bachelor of Music. He went on to study law at the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Juris Doctor.
During law school, Stephen served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He also worked as a clerk at Thomas A. Will & Associates. After receiving his law license, Stephen was appointed to serve as a law clerk to the now President Judge Katherine B. Emery of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County.
With the valuable insight he gained as a judicial clerk, Stephen understands the many intricacies of litigation. Clients appreciate his direct style and straight talk. He has deep roots in the Pittsburgh area and extensive knowledge of Pennsylvania law, giving him understanding of the needs of local residents.
Stephen is an active member of the Washington County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also serves on Our Lady of Sacred Heart High School Board of Directors since 2013 and as the Chair of Board since 2014.
When he is not zealously representing his client, Stephen, spends time with his wife and his family. He also enjoys playing jazz music on the upright bass.
